WHERE OUR MATCHA IS HARVESTED

Our organic matcha comes from Uji, Kyoto, a region celebrated as Japan's matcha capital and revered for its role in traditional Japanese tea culture. Nestled between lush mountains and rivers, Uji has a unique climate and fertile soil, ideal for cultivating premium matcha. For centuries, this region has been a hub of Japanese tea production, where the art of matcha-making intertwines with cultural values of mindfulness and Zen.

Uji’s people have upheld the traditional techniques of matcha cultivation, hand-harvesting, and processing to preserve the essence of purity and calm that define Japanese tea rituals. Today, Uji remains a place where the spirit of tranquility and attention to detail lives on, infusing each cup of matcha with a taste of Japan's timeless beauty and cultural heritage.
